We always strive to establish a transparent and respectful relationship with our customers to provide a satisfying shopping experience at MADENNA. That’s why we’ve developed a fair Exchange and Warranty Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code.

To avoid issues with your purchase, please pay attention to the following when placing your order: the product description; the selected product color (some products offer color options); product size, rings, and other relevant details.

Upon receiving your package, always check the condition of the packaging. Do not accept packages that have been tampered with.

Contact us immediately through our Customer Service Channel if you notice any of the following issues upon receiving your order:

Product damaged during transport;
Packaging tampered with;
Missing accessories or items;
Product does not match the order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If the customer does not like or adapt to a piece, they can exchange a MADENNA product under the following conditions:

For online purchases: the customer may request an exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt. Returns must be made * within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt—provided that the original piece shows no signs of use.
Exchanges or returns will only be made after the original piece is shipped to us for an evaluation of its condition.


EXCHANGES FOR DEFECTIVE ITENS

For exchanges due to manufacturing defects, MADENNA has a Warranty Policy:

Within 12 months of the purchase date, customers can activate the warranty at no cost.
For exchanges covered by the warranty, the Warranty Certificate accompanying the piece is required.
MADENNA may request photos and videos of the piece to verify the defects. Additionally, it is essential to ship the piece for a full evaluation.

After receiving the piece, MADENNA has 30 days to assess and provide feedback on the exchange or repair.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, MADENNA may repair the defect or replace the piece with an identical one.

If the piece cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical one, the customer will receive a credit voucher for the piece’s value.
The warranty does not cover pieces damaged due to misuse. Please refer to the list below to check whether your piece’s defect is covered by the warranty.

What types of defects are covered by the warranty?

Manufacturing defects
Plating defects (total or partial peeling)
Clasp defects (cracks, breaks, spring defects)

What types of defects are not covered by the warranty?

Dents
Scratches
Broken chains
Darkening due to dirt
Worn plating due to improper use
Incomplete pieces
